This policy describes how the Ciel Hair Studio mobile app and booking website handle your information.

• Information we collect: name, email address, phone number, booking details (date, menu, stylist), purchase history, loyalty coin balance, and optional profile photos you upload (e.g. hair photos for consultation).
• How we use it: to manage salon reservations, send booking confirmations and reminders, operate the loyalty coin and coupon program, process product orders, and improve our service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
• Storage: data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). All transfers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Sharing: data is not shared with third parties, except service providers needed to operate the app (Google Firebase for hosting/database, email delivery providers for booking notifications).
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and data at any time from the app (My Page → Account) or by contacting us. We will delete your data within 30 days.
